The mystery and art side of this book draws me in. Two of my favorite categories merge to form a brilliant piece of work. Wow!

I loved the plot and the character development. I thought the author incorporated a little too much sex into the story, causing the action to slow during the middle part of the book. I would definitely recommend the book to others, though.

I loved the mystery in this book. You are turning pages just to see how it will turn out. I did feel like the characters were a little sappy but ok. I would recommend this book to others to read.

I really liked this story. It was a unique and interesting romance thriller. I liked the three love stories and how they all connected to each other. I loved the search for the da Vinci. But what I loved the most about this book was the imagery. The author is so talented in creating vivid images of the setting and characters that the book really came to life for me. The only thing I didn't love was that there were a bunch of grammatical errors. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

I was just reading a quote on Pinterest and it stated that 'The eart without art would just be 'eh' which I think is true. Art is very important and getting books like this that touches on it is amazing.

This sounds intensely interesting. I really like art history mysteries, and the characters sound fully developed. I also love detailed scenes, imagery, and a bit of paranormal parallels -- all of which this book has. I look forward to reading it!

I really liked this book! I found it super relatable, partially because I just came back from an Art History Study Abroad in Florence when I came across it. I just read the sequel and thought I'd revisit some thoughts from the first one.

This book has a thoroughly intriguing plot, which is developed well. I think the characters were also well-written. I actually got really involved in reading it and found it hard to put down. I also enjoyed the travelogue style of portraying the beautiful settings. Having been to some of these places, it was like revisiting them. My dislikes would include the graphic sexual scenes and the whole idea of reincarnation. It's fun reading, but I just don't believe in it.

I would rate the book two out of four stars. I just can't deal with the erotic scenes and making Angela into such a weak character.

Art, history, mystery, and romance all in one. I enjoyed this book as it had a Dan Brown DaVinci Code flair to it. I read the second in her series and pre-ordered the third. However, I did research a bit since I am not well verse in my art history, to find that there is not a great deal of factual history behind the story and was a bit disappointed in that aspect. The characters were great and it was a unique story that kept me reading. I recommend!

I loved the passionate relationship between the main characters. Their first scene together really caught me off guard. I was not expecting that to happen but I enjoyed how their relationship progressed throughout the story. I do recommend this book to other people!

I'm not a big fan of romance, so I was surprised that I enjoyed this book as much as I did. Still, the characters were interesting and I appreciated how the author was able to weave past and present together so seamlessly.
