Do you plan to read the second book?

Post by Christina Rose »

End of the Last Great Kingdom is the first book in The Brimstone Chronicles. I, for one, am looking forward to the next book in this series. Will you continue reading The Brimstone Chronicles? Why or why not?

Yes, I plan to read the second book. I would like to know what happens when Crimson returns to Mage central.

@Mercy Bolo - I’m looking forward to learning what happens when they return to the school, as well.

I'm not so keen on the second book, but I may read it when it's out. Serial books kinda bore me, actually.

I want to read the second book of the series because I have some questions that weren't answered in the first. I also want to know the adventure Brimstone has to go on to put his soul together.

I don't think so. I have a lot of trouble finding time to read lately, so I feel like I have to be really selective about what I do end up reading (aside from what I have to read as an English major in college).

Absolutely! The ending of this book left me wanting to move forward with the chronicles. I wonder when we will have that chance!

I find the parts about his soul interesting, too. Especially the very first one, as he was still learning how he could piece himself back together and get out of that particular demon’s world.

I definitely will. I finished the first book recently and loved it. I enjoy reading fantasy series, so I'm really glad there's another book.

I am curious about the outcome of Brimstone's search for his place under the sun, and also for his search about his own identity. The twist, I foresee, there will be one, or two. I must be there when it comes. Needless to say, I will be reading the next one.

Probably not... I tend to be a picky reader due to my limited time and this is not a genre I typically choose unless I have a specific pressing reason.

Fantasy is my typical go-to for fictional books, and I truly enjoyed this one. I’m glad you enjoyed it as well, and I’m happy as well that there is a second book. I think series and sagas work really well in this genre.

I’m looking forward to reading more of Brimstone’s soul searching, as well!

I do not think I am very likely to read this as this is not a genre I enjoy reading.
