It was really bad for the team. It could have been planned better.

I respect that the choice was hers and that she planned for a replacement beforehand.

In the very least, it is not the way a leader should act.

The problem was that she didn’t communicate with anyone. Her replacement had no idea what was going on as it was happening.

As the leader, she absolutely had the final say, but she should have given her team a heads up. What if they had been too emotionally distraught to carry out the mission. It was reckless.

Absolutely. Everyone needs a break, but leaders should show more consideration for the team.

While it may have been what she needed to do to take care of herself, it was very irresponsible as a team leader.

I feel it was irresponsible of Jennifer to abandon her colleagues. She was their overall leader and they were all depending on her inspite of their fears.

I thought Jennifer was leaving her team because she had some important mission to complete- something only she could have done alone in secrecy. It felt a little odd to find her instead trying to fit into the life of a bygone era and there being no connection at all to the mission. So I thought that was a pretty selfish decision.

It seems like Jennifer knew her limits at that point and decided staying would cause her team more harm than good. Her team may have felt slighted, but in the end, who knows how badly things could have gone if she stayed in the state of mind she was in.

I think Jennifer should have waited a little longer before leaving her team. The timing made it seem like she totally abandoned them. She should have finished the mission before leaving.

I'll be honest, I thought it was a cowardly thing to do! I was very surprised at this decision.

The choice was little ambiguous because at that time it made confusion and some blurs
