This book is all about twists and turns. This means that the whole book was quite unpredictable for me. There was too much sex though. Readers interested in reading content on time travel - like me - might like this one.

I have not read this book yet, however, by reading other posts in here, it doesn't look like this is a book that is well liked or one that would be suited for me. Thank you for your honest opinions.

Reading the reviews it seems that most readers were quite disappointed with it, some disliked graphic sex scenes, some were looking forward to much more fleshed out sci-fi storyline, most felt it was a puzzle of a book that didn't fit together. I have to say, I am kind of intrigued to read it now, to see to myself if it is as bad as the reviews say it is. Maybe it is so bad, it's good, if you know what I mean? Maybe adult equivalent of "Spaceballs" movie quality camp?

I haven't read this book, and I want to give it a shot, but I can see a lot of people not liking it, and it's putting me off.

I didn't think it was very well written and a lot of the science and history subject matter just seemed to drag on way too much. The second half of the book is mainly made up of completely unbelievable sexual encounters where everyone Jennifer meets wants to have sex with not only her, but her partner as well. The dialogue is robotic. Jennifer being from another century and not knowing the jargon or dialect of the time she travels to explains some of this, but why do none of the other characters speak in easy conversational tones?

This book clearly wasn't my cup of tea and I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Reading your comments on this book makes me wonder how it ended up BOTM.

Overall I found this book a 3 out of 4 stars, but I'm way late to the party. Catching up on old BOTM's that I missed. The conversations were a little forced, but I still was able to see past that and some of the issues and overall I think I enjoyed this one. Time travel is a super fun concept to me though.

I have not read the book yet. Will try and give it a read. The description on Amazon made me interested in knowing how far technology has gone.

Overall, I liked the book. I liked the sexual content the least. I'm not offended by it, but in my opinion, it was too much and it didn't really add to the story.

I don't know how I feel about this book. It seems like there are a lot of explicit scene which is not really for me.
