I have also learnt that native Americans once lived like African. Their lifestyles clearly shows that this is true.

I learnt to pay attention to everything, including what sounds like fantasy, sometimes, a lot of important information could be hid within.

Before reading the book, I did not have any knowledge about Native American legends, for me, the reading was a great journey, to learn a lot of new things and I did not know anything about that kind of bear (Short-Face).

After reading the book I learnt that we should never give up. If there is no solution to a problem now maybe later the solution will appear so we should keep going without letting go.

As a person that has not traveled much outside Europe, it is always interesting to hear a different tale, talking about a native people I do not know much about.

I see a lot of posts about the bear. When I saw the picture at the end I did a double-take. I also like the spiritual role it had in the story. I never knew about its existence prior to reading this book, and this is the most enjoyable educational thing I can think of in it.
