There are so many neat sea creatures, but my favorite is probably the whale or the seal. I've been fortunate enough to see both on a whale watching expedition in Maine. They are both truly wonderful, awe-inspiring animals

Octopuses are fascinating, too - and highly intelligent.

Do mermaids count?! No? :( OK, then I guess I would have to say dolphins. There are many oceanic creatures that are beautiful to look at, many that are intelligent, but dolphins are the ones best known for being friendly and interacting with humans. I have yet to see one up close, but I'd really like to.

I will be 100% honest with this reply: sea creatures scare me to death. They are majestic and beautiful, along with serving a greater purpose in our eco-system. However, when I hear the words 'sea creature', I think big, HUGE, and capable of eating my entire body in one, little bite. No, thank you! I will say watching sharks... from afar... on the television. :techie-studyinggray:

Happy reading!

I love turtles and the way they swim through the water. I have done a lot of diving and developed a love for a sea creature I never thought I would - the eel!! They are very interesting to watch move through the water, can be huge and very inquisitive.

I like dolphins. I've seen domesticated and wild ones, and they seem very adorable.

Definitely the dolphins. It's fascinating how even if they are limited by their anatomical structures, they have survived quite well in the ocean.

Dolphins! Just as I can watch an hour-long compilation of dog videos, I'll watch dolphin videos on end as well! They're so intelligent.

Wait, am I allowed to dislike sea creatures?

Where's all the snugly fur and big adorable eyes!?
