I rated it 4 out of 4 stars. The writing was excellent, the anecdotes were funny and sometimes deeply moving. The pictures added a special touch.

I enjoyed the way the author described the adventure and the sole purpose of embarking on it. I only disliked the flashback at a point it was too much, the author seemed to be emotional while writing. I will rate this book 3-stars.

I am currently reading this book. Tina tells us about her self and how her quest to travelled brought her healing. She is indeed a strong woman. So far there is nothing I disliked about this book and once I finish reading I will drop another comment for my rating and recommendation.

I found Tina to be a very strong woman. She rises above sexism in the workplace and despite her fears and doubts she still had the courage to pack up her whole family and take them across the blue waters for a walkabout. Despite the stories of crime in Africa they still braved the continent and had the time of their lives. I rated this book 3 out of 4.

I loved the way the author described the wildlife on land and sea. The author had a way of making you feel her emotions. Some things were a bit too graphic for me in the story and I couldn't follow some things.

This book was well-plotted and described the beauty of adventure. However, due to the few errors and the excess flashback, I will rate this book 3-stars.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. In my mind, this was a great adventure story. I liked that the author was honest about her past, but she portrays that she doesn’t let it control her future.

Tina's story will be an inspiration to many readers. I have not been a fan of biographies but I think this book was very exceptional. I got hooked at various points within the story. Although some part of the conversations in this book seemed length and distracting this book still deservers a 4 star.

I would rate the book 3 out of 4 stars because, although the writer had a good and exciting adventure, her detailing of it was not evoking. The book felt drudging and was tasking to read.

I rated it 3 stars. It was inspirational and moving. I was especially inspired about the issues that she had to deal with and how she overcame them all. There were certain chapters that dragged to me and that is why I took off a star. In spite of that, I would still recommend it to others.

I had a great time reading this book. I've always wanted to travel the world like the author, but I've never had the opportunity. For me, the story is a rollercoaster ride. The author's dangerous adventure is quite inspiring.
