Discouragement

I first heard of it as a kid watching the cartoon series "The Bear, The Tiger and The Others" and I have always longed to see it. I recently saw the modifications to the docks in a TV documentary and I can appreciate the praise that has been poured on it. There may be far more awesome architecture in other parts of the world but what was done there several years ago was unique.

That is awesome. Another uniqueness of the Canal is its historical background. Many lives were sacrificed during its construction.

How I wish either to visit Panama canal. it draws many people because i guess that is the only project that goes beyond the time panama canal ever started. How many years passed by. It is just like a bridge from long ago to the present times.

I agree. Panama Canal is a literal connection as well as symbolic connection between the countries.

I have never been to the Panama Canal, though it sounds lovely from the book. I really want to go and see the Caribbean, perhaps I can do both on a long cruise.

The Panama Canal can help a tradesman rich his dream. It brings people to lovely places and it bridges the gaps of people through trade.

No I haven't been to Panama but I only hear of it. We have in our country this big rock the size of standard football pitch and towering about eighty meters in the air. It's funny that the rock is the only one in the area.

I have seen the Panama Canal and ridden the road near it. I was in Panama doing testing for the Army.

I haven't really heard of it, much less have anyone refer to it as a "wonder of the world." It doesn't seem like a tourist destination though.
