Now that am older, thinking more with my head and not my hormones or emotions, I love them deeper, I understand them better and I treasure them. I look back in my life and realise that when they were guiding , disciplining and moulding me , they were doing it out of love, though it didn't feel like they loved me then. I

I have a wonderful relationship with my parents, and though when I was younger and needed more guidance I would find it hard to stand on common ground with them, I would still say my relationship with then was strong. I can always go to my parents about anything and know they will be there to listen or give advice.

I'm very close to my parents, although my dad is late now. My mum gets mad at me if I don't call her in a week. We talk about practically anything
Most times, I fall flat on my face. But never do I remain on the floor; I rise again.

My relationship with my dad is similar to Godfredo and Paco's. He focused on money and materialism over family which almost destroyed our family. The result: I don't have anything to do with him.

Pretty great, I'd say. My parents live a few hours away and I'm not the best at phone calls (once, maybe twice per week). But I still appreciate all that they did and still do for me and my family. Pretty lucky in that regard.

I relate with my parents well. Dad's gone. Mum's still there. We're very good.

I have a decent enough relationship with my parents...I guess. It's really complicated. I remember I used to couldn't stand my mother because of how insanely unreasonable she was. She still gets on my nerves from time to time but now that we live apart I have begun to accept her sacrifices more. My relationship with my father is alright. When we get along it's good and when we don't it's a screaming contest.

I can honestly say that my mom is my best friend. Well one of the two best friends, my husband being the other. I see and talk to my mother everyday. Now my father, on the other hand, I have no relationship with. He was abusive and my mother left him with her 3 kids when I was a year old. I have spoken to him a handful of times since then and I am 26 now.

I love my mother dearly and would do anything for her. We have been distant lately since we both have busy lives but we know we love each other.

I suppose we get along well enough. Obviously, I don't agree with everything they say, but we still love each other.

my relationship with my dad is more compared to my mom. He listens to me, surprisingly my mom sends me to my dad when she wants something because she knows he will definitely do what i say. i think trust also contributes so much to our relationship.

I had a less than amorous relationship with my parents when I was younger. But we talk more now than I am on my own. I understand them more, especially my father's strict codes and sometimes overbearing nature. I don't think its an easy job.

I have a very good relationship with my mom. I call her 3 times a week and go and see her as often as I can. Whenever she needs anything (money, food, an ear to listen) I am there for her and vice versa.
