I'm more of a rock and roll girl I could never get into those kinds of music. I love the lyrics but just doesn't catch my attention when it comes to the instrumental side.

My heart; I love listening to multiple musicians, but perhaps the one musician that stood out the most is Night-wish. With their symphonic orchestra and their meaningful lyrics, although a majority of them may not make sense, I love them. Half the time I mistake their music for really cool film scores, and whenever I'm writing incredibly fantastical scenes or major fight scenes, I would use their songs for inspiration.

Another band that I like is the American Rejects. They haven't made any songs in a while but I still like their music.

I grew up with music from the 80s, so that's what I love mostly, however as to actual groups or musicians, I do have phases that I go through. Right now gothic rock (Nightwish, Within Temptation, etc) is the genre I like listening to most.

I go through phases, so at any time, it can be only one or way too many. :P 8)
Lately, I've been listening to old rock, especially Lynyrd Skynyrd. Mostly because of my latest Supernatural spree. :D

I like a huge variety of music! I like recent alternative rock bands like Bastille and some acoustic-ish singers like George Ezra, James Bay and Hozier. I also like to listen to musical soundtracks - my favourites are Hamilton, The Boy from Oz and The Phantom of the Opera. I've recently become obsessed with Glee so I listen to a lot of Glee covers too!

I also love Bruno Mars because he sings clean and clear. I also love the smoothness of his voice. I love his songs "Just the way You Are" and "Grenade".

My all time favorite band is Aerosmith, although I listen to several different genres. They've got an incredible amount of talent, and put on a great live show.

I realized I don't have a favourite singer or band. Not even a favourite genre. It all depends on how I feel at that time. But there are some artists that are special to me - Shakira, Eminem, HIM and the list goes on

I don't really go through stages, but kind of listen to a little of everything. I can listen to Hunter Hayes, loving it, singing along, and then throw Three Days Grace in and do the same.
I've learned that this is not a common thing.

Anyway, I have my own weakness for goth rock. Have you ever tried Him, or The Rasmus? What about Apocalyptica? My Chemical Romance? The Used? Tokio Hotel?

Okay, I think I've listed enough now. :shifty: :shhh:

I am not a fan of Adele, or really female singers overall. My favorite musician is Aaron Lewis. In the 90s and early 2000s he was mostly well know for being the lead singer is Staind, but has since gone on to a solo journey in the country genre. His music means so much to me, and he writes his owns songs that I can feel to my bones. I love it.
