Pain is inevitable as far as human beings are concerned. I know we all experience pain in one way or the other. Have you ever witnessed a situation where the painkillers do nothing to the pains one is experiencing? If the military's approach does not work, why not try the civilian's approach. Happy Healing by Dominique Bourlet is a self-healing book that opens the door for the pain to leave peacefully instead of confronting it.

Dominique is an alternative practitioner that specialises in Chinese acupressure. He has a well-coordinated plan to help us heal. His book, Happy Healing, is divided into three parts. He creates the method in part one. Here, the author teaches the reader various methods of dealing with the pain. Whereas, part two contains the method’s description; the author provides several guidelines for the reader to follow. Moreover, part three focuses on the application of the method. In this phase, he takes us through the eight steps to relieve physical pain and discomfort.

The first thing that enticed me was the organisation of the book. The book is formatted in such a way that readers can skip to the chapter that they deem most relevant. Also, the fact that I am a fan of homoeopathic healing makes me like the book the more. The tone of the book is pleasant. Based on Dominique’s explanations, I think this book works best if one is open to it. Health is about balance. So, if one listens to one’s body and do all the instructions in the book, healing can take place.

Also, there is nothing I dislike about this book. The steps are easy to follow and understand. The name “Lady Pain” helps the reader to understand the concept of pain. Dominique empowers us to gain authority over our body. I like the line that says, “Be in charge, be your own expert, and take action.” Another thing I like about him is that he does not force his way on you, he gives you different choices and let you decide.

The book is very informative and well-written. It was professionally edited and flawless. Therefore, I am rating Happy Healing 4 out of 4 stars. Also, I would recommend this book to people that believe in homeopathic healing. Moreover, anyone who is experiencing any pain is free to read it as well. This book is very resourceful. I entrust you with this inspiring quote from the author, “You, and only you, are the #1 expert in the world on your pain and discomfort.”

Happy Healing by Dominique Bourlet is a self-healing book that opens the door for the pain to leave peacefully instead of confronting it.
That's such a good way of putting it. That seems to be more effective! From browsing this book, I found it to be worth it for anyone dealing with pain- even those who are skeptical of homeopathic treatments. The techniques in here can be done in conjunction with traditional treatments for whatever conditions ail one, but its pretty well documented that the emotional aspect of pain and how we deal with that can really make it less or more manageable.

Thanks for this review!

Yes, health constitutes physical, emotional and mental aspects. I love the quote provided at the end of the review because it is the sole truth. I also like how you have explained the structure of the book. It makes it more encouraging to read as the book is presented as reader friendly.

Yes, I did more than once. I took a lot of pain killers but the pain continued to wreck me entirely. I am looking forward to read this book, I am sure this will help me a lot.

I will recommend alternative medicine to any sick person even though I would have to agree there are times we must choose the modern medicine over it. I believe our body most times as the capacity for self healing if the steps are taken. Nice review!

The line you quoted in the end summarizes the entire book and is so eye-opening. It's nice that the author actually has experience in implementing this method as well. Great review!
