I just read a review of Coles' short story book, and then I saw your review. I am not familiar with this author, but your review has convinced me to give him a try. Orphan stories, such as Great Expectations are some of my favorite, so I think I would enjoy this one as well.

Not my typical read, I tend to steer away from anything involving sports because they do not interest me. The bit about wanting to become a doctor and the tormented past catches my attention though. Great review!

Going by your review, i would have given it a perfect 4 out of 4 stars too. The heroic narration about Darwin's journey to greatness is obviously captivating. thanks for the review.

This was a nice review. Sounds like Darwin has been through a lot but gets better in the end.

Its a nice one, nøt minding his current situation, determined to succeed, he focused on his career, he never blamed anybody for his uncertain future, its the present situation in our society, determination is the key. Thanks for the review, i love his books they are inspiring
