Fast-Starting a Career of Consequence Workbook by Fred Sievert, is a workbook of self-development under the guidance of Christ along with your career development. This book provides you the vertical way to think deep into yourself to get connected to Christ and get acknowledged with the working quality and ability with him.

The workplace is that place where you openly can't show your connection to God and your thoughts about God. This workbook helps you out, working on that genre in your work area, where you need to find out the way you can be in touch with your spiritual thoughts along with the practicality of work. Christ will help you to sort out thoughts on difficult decisions if you believe him as your work partner. The author through this workbook might help you to collect your thoughts and help in concentrating on Christ.

This workbook helps you to learn how to be active in meetings, how to be participative when you are newly employed, understanding finance for business growth, being responsible for your growth, balancing between personal and work life. The content of book is a bit like a reminder of the ethics and dedication for the work. Restarting your work or being newly employed in the workplace need more self-attention for being active and attentive.

This book consists of blank spaces/lines where you need to write your points after long and deep thinking, about what author asked. These answers will help you to get to the path of straight analysis about your strengths on which you can work and get success in your career. Getting success after Covid-19, or re-entering, or a fresh start in a work is a bit difficult as the new start is needed. This book can help you to make this start a fast start and to be honest with Christ and can make him your work partner.

I would like to rate this book 3 out of 4 stars and suggest this book to the readers who want to excel in the field of professional work. This workbook and its original book are Christ-oriented but I would suggest it to every reader as its lessons are for the connection with God. I liked this workbook as it helps in exploring the deep oneself for establishing a spiritual connection with God. The only thing that I disliked is that it is short communication of the original book. At some point, there will be an urge to read the original book.
