Worst movie lines

Post by uyky »

What would you say is a terrible movie line? For me this is definitely worth mentioning: "Flash, Flash, Flash, I love you! But we only have fourteen hours to save the Earth!" Flash Gordon. When I heard it in Queen's song I just had to watch the movie :D

For me, it has to be: "Oh. Hi, Mark". Also, this was not said in a movie but a TV show: "People die if they're killed."

If we're able to discuss the movie Room, created by Tommy Wiseau, I find that his script is completely filled with bad movies lines. Although, these bad lines couldn't be taken seriously by viewers and became a comedy- which I feel, makes it the truest form of comedy due to the fact that it was unintentional and completely constructed from human error.

If you haven't seen the original movie, you should definitely consider watching it. Additionally, there is a more recent recreation of Room, starring James Franco, that primarily focuses on the actual process behind the filming for the original Wiseau film.

My favourite movie lines from Room:

-"It's bullshit, I did not hit her. I did not. Oh, hi Mark!"
-"I'm so happy I have you as my best friend and I love Lisa so much."
-"Anyway, hows your sex life?"
-"Chicken Peter. You're just a little chicken. Peep, peep, peep..."

If you would like to watch the remake of the film with James Franco in it, it's called the Disaster Artist. I would definitely recommend it!

Oh my God Yes. I was laughing my ass off when she said those lines and then I was like "What the hell is wrong with Padme?!" Seriously. Did she really have to say those lines? Worst line ever.

"Garbage day!" The delivery and performance is so cringe-worthy. The first time I saw it I was convinced I'd dreamt it and had to re watch it again.
