I am definitely more of a Marvel fan than a DC fan. The only movies I like from DC was Wonder Woman, which I loved, and The Dark Knight. Everything else I can not too interested in.

The Dark knight is by the best movie ever made by DC, without question

I think the best movie DC has made is Wonder Woman. It has plot and substance and looks really cool. I haven't seen Aquaman yet, but I haven't heard great things.

Aquaman, it was fun, although I found the effects quite lacking compared to Marvel movies.

My all time favorite DC movie that I have seen would have to be Wonder Woman. I thought it was very refreshing to see a strong female character in the superhero realm. I am kind of sad that this movie isn't part of the Marvel Universe due to how good the graphics were and how strong of a character Wonder Woman was in this movie. Although I did enjoy the Superman and Aquaman movies, I think Wonder Woman is by far the best DC superhero movie.

Dark Knight I'd say. And maybe Man of Steel and Watchmen. Zack Snyder and Larry Fong have a really stylish vision.

Wonder Woman for sure. It was intense, emotional, empowering, and had a great soundtrack.

Never really loved a DC movie on a personal level but Joker was really good direction-wise and story-wise.

It's got to be Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy.

The first two Batman movies that Tim Burton did are my personal favourites. But I also love the original Superman movie with Christopher Reeve. I think the Nolan movies are great, but a little too "realistic" for how I like to see Batman portrayed. I think if someone manages to combine what Tim Burton and Nolan did, you'd have something pretty special. Also, V For Vendetta is a fantastic DC movie.

I loved Aquaman! So funny, visually convincing and a nice storyline combined with some equally nice action sequences
then I guess you could count some of the older Batman movies as "classics" but I'm just not a huge Batman fan and Batman vs Superman was just a new low in my opinion
besides that I think Wonder Woman was also quite good especially since it was different from all the earlier approaches to DC movies in a way I can't really describe

I think that Wonder Woman and Aquaman would be my top two. WW was a great film all around, Aquaman was hilarious and they somehow managed to make the least cool DC superhero awesome. Close runner up would be Shazam because it was so funny with A+ casting.

I have to say the dark knight. Heath Ledger’s performance as the joker was incredible. Aquaman is a close second for me. Incredible world-building and very fun to watch. Jason Momoa’s physical performance is awesome.

cdhundley wrote: 12 Jul 2019, 12:47 Might be cliche, but The Dark Knight. Really the entire trilogy. I think DC has done a fairly awful job with the DCEU and I can't rewatch any of those movies. I still have not seen Aquaman or Shazam, and while I have heard they are better, given the other DCEU movies I have zero interest.
Totally agree with you here. The Dark Knight Trilogy is so well done and Christian Bale is the best ever to portray the Caped Crusader in my opinion.
