Horseradish, I'm usually into spicy food but I just don't get it. Onions on my burgers too.

I don't if it counts as food, but I can't eat cilantro. It tastes like irony soap to me, which is a shame because my family loves to cook with cilantro. I sometimes power through the taste, but I just can't stand it, sadly.

I don't care for seafood, other than fish. Shrimp, lobster, crab, etc. is just not my choice as good foods. I also do not like chicken legs- Yuck!

Papaya and any type of melon, other than watermelon. It sucks because I live in a hot area, and my family loves to eat melons in the summer to cool off.

I'm not a fan of raisins if they are cooked. I'd rather eat them by the handful than put it in a meal. I don't like mushrooms and I absolutely hate eggplant.

Jagiine wrote: 10 Jan 2019, 20:18 Oh boy, my list is a mile long! When I was a child, my mom would often separate a section of food just for me so that the things I couldn't stomach weren't a part of every meal I ate. In college, my boyfriend made a list of things I dislike and got over 60 entries. Here are some of them:
  • Cheese
  • Bitter berries (blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, etc)
  • Bitter chocolate (which honestly applies to anything darker than milk chocolate or any chocolate above probably 20% when included in a recipe)
  • Nuts (excluding cashews, which are OK by themselves) (peanuts are also OK solo, but I know they're not nuts)
  • Coconut
  • Tomatoes
  • Anything pickled
  • Peppers
  • Anything spicy-hot (people typically think this means I don't want anything too hot, but any hot is too hot for me)
These things are so common in the US, and they can't always be removed from a recipe. My least favorite style of restaurant is a cafe, because they typically sell pre-made food which contains at least one of the above items.

You have quite a long and interesting list.

I hate anything that is like jelly like jelly toffees, puddings. I hate the feeling of jelly in my mouth. It feels slimy.

I really don't like peanut butter. I like it combined with chocolate or in Asian cooking but peanut butter on bread really is not my thing.
