How do you cook?

Post by Eteru »

Do you use recipe guides when cooking? Or do you prefer experimenting with your own ingredients?

cooking is one of most important activity inside the house or in your work place, sometimes it can be difficult but most of the time its a fun thing to do, when ever you start cooking its is very important that you love what you're doing.without the recipe of love you can get it done, regardless if you are experimenting or following an instructions.

When I cook, I usually use recipe guides for beeing sure that It's going to be tasty. But if I have time to play with the ingredients, I try to make new dishes. :D

Cooking is like a work of art to me, the process in preparing the meal it joy on it's own. I follow every recipe guide when it's a new dish. But when it's a dish I'm familiar with I experiment with it.

Depends on what I'm cooking. If I'm trying a new ethnic food, I'll need to look up spices to get the flavor right. If it's a dish I'm familiar with, I don't need a recipe. Even if I have a recipe to follow, I tend to use it only as a guideline and I change the spice amounts I add.

I usually cook the way I learned from my mother and elder siblings but I also love experimenting with my own ingredients.

I tend to use recipes the first couple times I make something. Once I know it's a good one I start playing around with it a bit.

I follow a good recipe but add my personal touches! I feel it works best.
