I love potatoes. I like them boiled, fried, soup, croquettes, baked, chips and whatever form is there available. Until now I tried small potatoes, the regular ones, and the orange sweet ones. I am super curious to find out about the purple potatoes, since in my country which is located in Eastern Europe there isn't any not only by cultivation but also by import.

oh I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!
French fries all the way, with lots and lots of ketchup.

Also, my mom has this amazing "secret" recipe :))
just cut them up in small pieces, put them in the oven with some olive oil, water, and salt, uncovered and FORGET about them. They will get so tasty and crunchy, it is fantastic.

Baked with broccoli on top and cheese melted over it. Second choice would be baked with sour cream and fresh chives. But always baked.

I love them fried and flooded with cheese. It makes it more flavoursome especially when watching a movie.

I like them sauteed, I like them baked, I like them scalloped, I like them mashed, I like them fried, I like them in every single shape and form potatoes can come in. I like the chips, I like them sweet. If it is a potato I will love it.
