Not a normal recipe, but I love to use bananas in replacement of eggs! They do make the pancakes taste like bananas, but I enjoy them!

I have made pancakes without eggs and I did love the outcome. Pancakes are tastier with eggs but they still taste okay even without them.

Yes, I didn't have eggs at home and I really wanted some pancakes so I tried the eggless pancake... It was a disaster. Though I didn't use bananas or any egg substitute.
Perhaps you could share your recipe.

Yes because I’m allergic to egg. When I was little, we went over to my aunts house all the time and she made the best pancakes (without eggs) and everyone loved them even the people who could eat eggs!

I wonder how that would come out. I need to know what can be used in place of it

I haven't tried it but I know for sure that it will not turn out right. I have once used less eggs with more flour and it didn't turn out right. I want to think that eggs or its substitute will work just fine.

I have and it was good, but I prefer the ones with eggs.

Use Bananas if you are in it for those sweet pancakes but if you really don't care about sweetness try Chinese style pancakes or Indian style pancakes.

Yeah I actually tried this once in this lockdown while baking banana pancakes. It wasn't so bad but pancakes with eggs are better.

Without egg, I think they’re too dry. I will stick to using eggs.

I tried being vegan for a while and made pancakes with no eggs and oats flour. It didn't quite work out, but maybe it was my mistake and it had nothing to do with the lack of eggs.
Even though it wasn't a good experience I would still give eggless pancakes another go. If I find the perfect recipe I will share it with you.
