If it’s raw, just dip it in egg and milk then flour, cornmeal, salt, and pepper all mixed together. Fry in hot lard til golden brown, then turn.

In shallow dish, mix flour and seasoned salt. In medium bowl, beat eggs and beer with whisk. Place bread crumbs in large resealable food-storage plastic bag.

In electric skillet or deep fryer, heat about 2 inches oil to 350°F. Coat both sides of fish fillets with flour mixture, then dip in beer mixture, letting excess drip back into bowl. Place 1 or 2 pieces of fish at a time in plastic bag with bread crumbs; seal bag and shake to coat completely.

I prefer deep fried fish then you add spices that will give it a bit of wetness. That is ensure the inner organs are removed then clean it through preferably using running water. Allow to drain water then heat the oil till it's hot enough then slice both sides few cuts not too deep and sprinkle salt and deep fry. Within five minutes it turns golden brown and is ready. You can eat it this way or prepare onions, tomatoes and add any other spices you wish put little oil since the fish was deep fried. Then place you fish and in three minutes having turned it to spread the spices it's ready.

I cut the raw fish into bits and wash thoroughly with running water.
I allow it to drain, then into a bowl add salt, seasoning, a spoon of ground pepper, and onions (diced or powder).
I place the pieces of fish inside and stir till it's all coated then I leave to sit for about 30minutes.
Heat oil and fry the pieces of fish till golden brown and crisp.
Yum!

It’s easy and it’s my main dish today. Cooking one is very daunting but an enjoyable task. Wash your fish, add salt to it and saute it. Make sure as well that you put a lot of oil in the pan to cook it perfectly.

It is very easy cooking fish as you only need to follow few steps. First, we need to clean the fish and take away the internal organs and pour it with a crispy fry. Second, boil an oil with the pan and wait after how many minutes and make sure the oil is very heat. Third, put the fish in the boiling pan and wait for 6-8 minutes and flip the fish to cook the other side. Lastly, if the fish is already cooked, get the fish from the frying pan and place it in a plate with a tissue so that the oil will filter.

I fry it in a skillet with some olive oil. You can add some lemon juice, capers, and a dash of white wine for a lovely sauce. Cook until it flakes off with a fork.

Cut onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and any other ingredients you have into pieces.
Put oil in a pan and let it boil and the ingredients you have after its well cooked place the fish on it add a little salt.
Add water and let it cook for some minute till the water dries.
Serve with rice.
