My husband requested my Grandmother's cherry pie. He say's it will be a nice Christmas present for when we go up to see his family for the holidays but I know it's because he is also a cook and is hoping to steal the recipe this has been ongoing for many years now two cooks in the kitchen we use recipe's like currency in our house, Weird I know but it's fun.

My mom always makes "Puppy chow" and chex mix. My mother in law makes "dirt pudding". I also make green bean casserole and an angel food cake with some kind of candy in it.
