Sugar cookies with frosting because you can get creative with them and I’ve always had sugar cookies in Christmas season!

My daughter and I like to make sugar cookies for Christmas because of their practicality and easy to decorate. My wife likes to make the traditional Brazilian Christmas cookies which is just flour and water and some sugar. He's in decorate and was frosting and Christmas designs really fun.

I want to try to make gingerbread cookies this year. I have never made them and am interested how they turn out. A lot of people love them, but I personally have never tried them.

During the festive season, Christmas cookies hold a special place in my heart. The variety of flavors and the joy of baking and sharing them with loved ones make the holiday season even more delightful.

So a while back in the day I used to know a chef that made these swiss spied chocolate almond cookies and they were the best. They were so easy to make too...I think it was almond flour, grated chocolate, spices and egg whites. Food process it together and you got a dough to roll out, cut and bake. I don't actually know the name but they were so good. And gluten free too..

Gingerbread cookies. Also, cookies based on butter are lovely during Christmastime.
