Balance of diet and exercise is important. It's easy to reach for the junk food as it tastes way better than healthy food. Being lazy and loafing are easier as well, but this drives up obesity rates.

I used to lean more into dieting than exercising but since it's quarantine, I like to tone my body with exercise so 50/50!

I exercise and adjust eating times. Eat more in the morning, a little less in the afternoon and little in the evenings then give time before going to sleep but i eat anything i like.

I prefer dieting because if I excercise I tend to get tired before the deadline.

If you want to get physically fit/loose weight, then you have to opt for a mixture of dieting and exercise. Yes, you can loose weight without physical activity, but it will take a longer amount of time, and if you really think about it, more effect too, as you could get to your goal faster with an equal balance of both. Personally, I do both so that i don't loose all the progress from the exercise I've been doing by eating bad food.

I'd go with Exercises. Dieting doesn't go well with me. I love my food!

I prefer exercising. I watch what i eat but i won't exactly call it dieting. I don't view exercise as a weight loss programme but rather as a part of life.

I feel diet and exercise work hand in hand for a healthy body and mind. I keep my meals as healthy as possible and ensure I do some form of exercise daily.

I prefer exercise. I don't watch what I eat too closely, but I make sure not to over-stuff myself.

I prefer dieting, I am usually on a sugar free, low carbs sort of diet. Only because I love baked breads and pies so much that leaving my diet will mean losing control. I always try to include exercise in my daily routine but I so find it more convenient to stick to a diet rather than some exercising schedule.

I prefer exercising over dieting because I don't believe in eating less food.

I love food so much. So I have to use both tools to avoid gaining weight. My trick is to have different strategies going, like doing intermittent fasting, going for a run on alternate days, counting calories but allowing myself cheat days. I do all this so that I can stay healthy, whilst still being able to eat all the delicious food that I love.

I prefer exercising because it keeps my metabolism fast and I dont have to worry about getting big however if youre not consistent with your exercise its better for you to diet as well.
