Exercising is best. Dieting is dangerous and is a close relative of anorexia

I prefer exercise. I however relapse every time I start an exercise program.

Dieting! For the life of me, I can hardly ever stick to an exercise routine. Intermittent fasting works best though, and I'm hoping to get back on it soon.

For me I think a person should eat the way she/he wants but keep in mind to exercise daily

I would gladly exercise all day if I could eat anything that I wanted. Unfortunately, it’s the food that makes more of an impact than the exercise on weight control.

To be honest here, I am lazyy when it comes to exercising but exercising is not only to lose weight but to be healthy. I am a good size for my age as I am not fat however, I prefer eating healthy to maintain my weight and stay healthy. When you eat healthy you drop those unnecessary fat so I think it's all a matter of preference.

These days people have become so busy that they don't pay much attention towards their health. They are getting fat as a result. Some people do extreme diet to lose weight and sone opt for heavy exercises. According to me there should be a balance of both diet and exercise.
What do you think about this?
I love eating. I cannot imagine cutting down on my food for any reason. I would rather exercise than diet.

I prefer exercise because i can't limit the food i eat though I'm never consistent. It's however a better way to loose the calories.

I prefer balancing both. A little bit of each keeps me fit

I prefer exercise to diet, though I naturally don't eat much. Exercise keeps me light and I'm been refreshed each time I do it.

Dieting, I'm more consistent with food than exercise. It's really my worst enemy. But lately I've been getting in some cardio every other day and it's going really well.

It would definitely be dieting for me. I'm too lazy to exercise. Dieting helps me watch what I eat and that's fine by me. So, dieting all the way.
