Exercising over dieting. Always. I personally hate the idea of dieting. Is rather say it's better to eat without being conscious of one's weight or figure and to exercise in the right way in order to change that food into energy.

I agree to a little of both. Exercise burns fat in some parts of the body which dieting cannot reach. So, both should be cultivated to achieve better result.

I have days when I really love to exercise and days where I don't want to. I usually find that by the time I get to the gym and start working out that I wonder what my problem was. With regards to dieting ............. I don't always do as well as I should do as I have a very sweet tooth

Eat healthy and balanced diet (not necessarily dieting), and exercise.
Exercising without healthy and balanced diet is certainly NOT health-friendly. Same way healthy and balanced diet without exercising does not promote health.

I prefer exercising to be in shape but due to lack of time and motivation, I end up checking my calories. Dieting though not a good way to be fit but its something I end up doing often.

I enjoy eating healthy, but I prefer to exercise. I like to eat when I am happy, sad, angry and anywhere in between, so dieting can be hard! Exercising is usually enjoyable for me and helps with my mood.

I think exercising is easier for me because I'm never able to stick to a diet.

I don't like either but if I had to pick, I would rather exercise because it does make me feel stronger and energized, and also helps me to relax. I also like to eat anything I want.

I know you need to balance both but I'll rather go on a diet than exercise. I don't think dieting is all about skipping meals.

Exercise? That's the E-word. I despise it. At least with a diet, you can have variety and try new things.

I think exercise is better because it provides more that what dieting will provide

Dieting and exercise are good, but talking of preference, I will go for dieting this is because the lighter the food, the longer you live.
All diseases of today especially noncommunicable diseases can be trace to unhealthy eating practices which could cause Energy imbalance, High cholesterol which will eventually lead to obesity and obesity prone to other diseases.
The reason why many exercise today is to reduce weight, as a result of obesity. Therefore,if you eat right your weight will be normal and you will live longer free from diseases
