I still prefer exercises because on one way or another dieting may b3 done to extremes which may not give a required result. However, exercises if done forever you remain healthy and even retain a beautiful skin and strong body muscles. I conclude with exercises for me.

For me, I like to exercise and give myself a challenge. At the end of the day, I will feel much better about if I lifted some weights instead of substituting a salad for a sandwich. Overall though, moderation is key, even if it's cliche. No one can only workout to lose weight without putting some thought into their diet. And eating healthy without moving at all is just as bad. A little combo of both will usually create the most attainable life style for people.

I don't prefer exercising but, I think it definitely still gets overlooked as a healthy method for weight loss. There is so much exploitation in the health and wellbeing industry that has focused on shame-based dieting and 'miracle' fat-burning supplements for so long.

I prefer exercising, as I love eating, but I also don't lose any weight if I don't exercise, no matter how good my diet is. I also feel so much better after a workout (although dead at first) haha so that again helps me stay calmer and less stressed.

I think all bodies are different, and each person may find better results with one or the other. I think similarly to a lot of people on this thread, I find a combination of both is what works the best for me! I try to make a conscious effort to meal prep every Sunday, so I have all my meals for the week already planned out. This stops me from eating out as much which is harder to practice portion control and usually isn't as healthy as something homemade. It's also cheaper! I also try to exercise at least 4 times a week, but a nice long walk counts towards that - it doesn't have to be heavy lifting in the gym in order to get a good workout.
Also, drinking a lot of water throughout the day can help stop you from overeating. I definitely am a snacker, especially when I'm bored. If I'm drinking a lot of water it fills me up more and discourages so much snacking in between meals.

I like working out so I'd choose exercise over dieting.

I also agree that there should be a balance between the two. I exercise 4 times a week and will sometimes calorie count for a month at a time. You don't have to limit your calories to 1200 as most people will tell you. As long as your calorie input is less than what you burn, you’ll lose weight.

Thankfully my lifestyle is a kind of exercise too. When it comes to my diet, my preferences and family do the trick for me. The way I lead my life makes sure that I stay health.

I think both dieting and exercising are equally important and needs to be done together for great results.

Dieting is easier in my opinion. Exercising on the other hand, though harder brings more visible and long lasting effect. Plus after exercising one feels more productive, happy and accomplished.

These days people have become so busy that they don't pay much attention towards their health. They are getting fat as a result. Some people do extreme diet to lose weight and sone opt for heavy exercises. According to me there should be a balance of both diet and exercise.
What do you think about this?
I prefer exercising. As someone who loves eating I do not think I can diet much. I'll just end of the survey myself.
