I prefer exercising because dieting is a thing not everyone can do. Exercising is good for your body and relaxes your mind. Is is more efficient than dieting. Exercises like running, jogging, and gym also are very interesting as well as beneficial. But on the other hand, some people also prefer dieting because while doing dieting you can calculate calories you need to take per day and they can skip exercising.

I enjoy exercise. The concept of a diet seems to mean one would have to restrict eating in some way that is unpleasant. I also enjoy food, but mostly eat healthy foods that I like.

I prefer exercise because, in this busy life, we should come out of our busy schedule and comfort zone we have become lazy.

I can do neither and I’m struggling a lot. It’s almost impossible to do either with strict discipline.

Both. That is because when I studied Nutrition I learned a lot. Exercise is good but if you don't pay attention to what you eat exercising you can mess your body up. Example as inadequate folate or carbohydrate intake.

I don't particularly prefer dieting or exercise, but I understand the importance of both for my health. It's essential to maintain a balanced diet and engage in regular physical activity to stay healthy. So, even though I might not love them, I recognize their significance and make an effort to incorporate them into my routine.

A balance of both is very important. Extremes can be dangerous. Personally, I prefer to balance both exercise and diet. For me, whenever I go on a vacation and eat unhealthy food, I have to push myself a bit to start eating healthy again and to exercise. But once I start losing weight or have a sense of overall well-being, I automatically don’t have food cravings. I don’t feel like eating junk food at all.

I exercise usually. As for the diet, I don't eat anything unhealthy other than chocolate much, so I think that's usuall enough for me.

In the constant balance of dieting versus exercise, I firmly believe in the importance of both for overall well-being. It's about finding a sustainable and balanced approach.

I like to do both but most of the time I prefer dieting because it's easier to do. For me exercising wears me out, it is exhausting to do :?
