I really like overnight oat. Have any of you tried? I like mine with a cup of oats, fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup milk, cinnamon, a couple table of honey and some cashews for a bit of crunch.

I love boiling coconut milk, with some oats, pieces of apple, peanut butter, chia seeds and a little bit of maple syrup. The key to all of this is to add cinnamon. So tasty! I sometimes add a little bit of protein powder also, usually vanilla.

Scrambled eggs with wholemeal toast and spinach + a side of orange/grapefruit is the breakfast for me!
I will sometimes even add some bacon and/or a coffee/orange juice in there if I'm feeling particularly hungry.

Healthy, balanced fats with nutritious fruit and vegetables + a complex carbohydrate will help you stay full and satisfied until lunchtime. The bonus? It's tasty too!

I buy Garden of Life protein powders. I like the Sport and the Fit varieties. I blend the powder with flax milk, peanut butter, banana, and cocoa powder, and a little bit of ice. Super good!

Some whole wheat brown bread, hard-boiled eggs, avocado with rooibos tea and almond milk is perfect.

I typically stick to scramble eggs and whole wheat toast, fruit if I have any. The eggs keep me full until lunch so I’m not snacking all morning. I love to add siracha for a bit of heat.

Am I the only one who gets murderously hangry with oatmeal for breakfast? I love boiled eggs, avocado and coffee...no blood sugar swings and it can keep me going for ages.

I tend to eat a large breakfast and keep my other meals much smaller so I usually go for eggs, toast and turkey bacon, or I do avocado toast with a little salt, pepper, onion flakes, hot sauce and a piece of sandwich meat on top! I also do oatmeal with peanut butter and brown sugar if I am craving something sweet, but that’s rare.

I love making muffin-tin egg breakfasts. They're just so easy and can be used as breakfast meal prep! Take a muffin tin and spray it with cooking spray. Whisk some eggs or egg whites (or use a carton from the grocery store). In the pan, add the veggies and meat and cheese of your choice. Top with the whipped or carton eggs. Fill just below the rim of the pan as the eggs will rise. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

My favorite muffin-tin combos are eggs plus mushrooms/onions/swiss cheese/bacon and bell peppers/onions/sausage/cheddar. You can also add potatoes, but they need to be cooked in the microwave for 3 minutes prior to adding them to the tin to make sure they're cooked through.
