No cooking for me today because I have a weekend's worth of leftovers to get through!

Probably nothing today, but yesterday I made homemade butter cookies and blue cheese and chive crackers! Been on a Great British Baking Show kick lately so I've been taking the entirely homemade route on all my baking...no more prepacked mixes here!

I made some oven baked chicken fried fish filets. People who don't like fish eat this, and ask for more. Also, I nuked some potatoes and smashed them up with lil Himalayan pink salt and fresh ground black pepper with a small pat of butter. The veggies were just leftover corn and peas, but dinner over all was a hit.

Chicken is shreded in broth add salt, pepper and green onions choppes and some soya sauce and keep on boiling. Just to thicken the consistency add one tsp of cornflour dissolved in water to the chicken broth . enjoy

I made some kickin' pork chops last night. I'm always surprised at how FAST they are to make, and they're always so good. One of life's simplest dishes, but it can really impress someone who doesn't know any better!
