Eggplant wrote: 10 Jul 2016, 14:45 I'm so excited this is a forum!!! Today, I'm making Greek meatballs, rice and gravy, spanakopita and strawberry shortcake. We have big Sunday dinners which are getting bigger all the time. Can one convert to Italian?
This sounds delicious!! Time consuming for the person cooking it, but delicious.

Today I made my husband's favorite, Cheddar Chicken. I added some baked beans to it for his lunch tomorrow at work. Yesterday I made him grilled steak with macaroni and cheese and green beans.

I made cinnamon buns as well as normal buns! Baking is a lot of fun so I'll bake some more later, probably something like cookies or cake

Today I made home made lentil soup with carrots and celery. I did put some pork into it. It is supposed to be a vegetarian dish, I know, but I wanted some protein. It was delicious....comfort food.
