Julia Child and Martha Stewart are my favorite cookbooks. It is funny though when you think about it. Do people really use cookbooks anymore, or is it all just online recipes? :eusa-think:

My two thesis professors gifted everyone in the class a cookbook containing all the recipes they have served at student dinners.

I often refer to my Better Homes and Gardens cookbook for some classic recipes. I also love to try recipes out of the Julia Childs’ recipe book if I’m feeling adventurous.

'5 ingredients' by Jamie Oliver. Some recipes contain quite exotic ingresients but overall these are easy, fast and tasty.

I love to cook from cookbooks! I cannot choose only one cookbook as my favorite. I have three favorites. The cookbook that I use the most is How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman. There is a wide variety of recipes. The cookbook that I admire the most is Joy of Cooking by Irma S. Rombauer and Marion Rombauer Becker. There is variety and depth of flavors to the recipes. The cookbook that I reference for cooking skills is The Professional Chef by the Culinary Institute of America. There are all the necessary techniques to cook food.
