My choice would be water at any given time or moment because I easily become thirsty due to the need to concentrate so as to be comprehend, but during cold moments I would choose to catch up on a hot cup of tea.

Definitely tea! Herbal teas are great for reading in the evening. My favorites are teas with tulsi (holy basil) and ginger! Yum.

It depends on the book. Usually, coffee or some seltzer water.

When reading in the morning or during the weekday, coffee is my go-to. But evenings and weekend reading require red wine. There's just something about reading a great book accompanied by a great wine.

Same here! My favorite beverage to drink is either tea or water. I find that reading books keeps me very hydrated due to the sheer amount of tea/water I consume. I donated some plasma yesterday, and when I had to get a fingerprick done, the lady remarked on my hydration level (since my blood was flowing so easily).

I actually never resorted to any drink that I need. It’s usually water for me.

For me it is either coffee or green tea.. It’s always nice to have something to drink while reading, and if that drink is caffeinated then even better!
