Reading book give you mind peace. When you read a book there is another connection between the author, the book and you. You can learn a lot from books and if you implement them in your life you will be successful.

While I agree that book reading enhances vocabulary, it's usually only on paper because I find myself unable to pronunce these big words I read. It's actually really fun when I encounter a word and can't read it out loud but have seen it in a book or two before.

Not only that, it also increase you knowledge. Imagine getting a 10 experience from a 100 page book. Now that’s productive.

Reading has always been my favorite escape from reality, which is probably why I'm not such a big fan of nonfiction or biographies. Most every other genre has been a favorite at one time or another, but historical fiction, fantasy/sci-fi, and mysteries of all types are my preferred genres at this time. But if a book jumped up and looked interesting to me, I would probably read it regardless of its genre.

Reading a book was always my go to past time. Aside from the fact that it helps me to improve my vocabulary, it also helps me with gaining some classic information.
