It happens, that's why I try to just get a few bites. Because then I get so immersed in the story that I don't pay attention to anything else around. Just when I start getting sleepy, I check the clock and decide whether it's bedtime or not.

Having a spill-proof tumbler is a great idea, for water, coffee or tea.
