I love a cup of tea or coffee when reading. But if I am hungry, I will nibble on chips or nuts and drink a diet coke.

If I eat while reading I find myself either unable to concentrate on the book or overeating so I try not to eat while reading.

Reading is my favorite activity to do while eating! I should probably consider not doing it so often though to reduce the potential for over-eating and failing to fully enjoy my food....

But books though...

Snacking is fine while reading, but I struggle with not getting the book dirty.

I definitely have true habit of needing to read while drinking either tea or coffee. In turn, I do not mind snacking sometimes, but for me it’s definitely more about drinking something at the same time.

I do not like to eat while I am reading because I would not be as invested into it. I prefer to keep the snacks for TV time.

I got into the habit of eating and reading at the same time at work. Though I can tell you, it's a lot easier reading an ebook while eating versus trying to balance a print book in one hand.

Yes. Constantly. I kept gaining weight, so I switched to eating carrots. Tasty and low in calories. Best decision ever.

I love eating and reading, I almost can’t finish my dinner if I don’t have a book to read at the same time! Lol but when it’s not a meal I end up munching on whatever sweets I can get my hands on while reading a good book
