Newbie Cook Book Recs

Post by Dina Riccobono »

I really don't cook much. Tried meal kits but not a fan of the "6 steps" with 30 more hidden under each step that also require 50 pots, pans, bowls and specialty utencils.

Any recommendations for beginner, easy recipes that don't make it look like a bomb went off in your kitchen cabinets?

Also books with direct recipes instead of 40 pages each of the story behind it would be great (I'm looking at you recipe bloggers).
