Mushrooms?!

I absolutely love mushrooms and could eat them all the time, but since marrying my husband, they have become a rare treat. He loves them too, but over the years has developed a serious allergy to them, and even though he loves them, he's not fond of the resultant trip to the hospital if he eats them... So, out of courtesy, I try to keep my consumption of them limited.

I used to despise mushrooms! I didnt like the taste or texture. But lately I have been enjoying them every now and then cut finely and kind of covered by other ingredients. I also tend to stick to white mushrooms since I think they are the most mild in flavor.
