I seem to enjoy both. I find myself drinking on tea more often though because it light and it can be extremely beneficial. I like coffee flavored cream and sugar :lol2: so I won't be loaded on sugar if I drink tea

Tea has a lot of good benefits for the body, but i would pick coffee over it because i am a coffee person since i was a little child. and that addiction continued up to now, i am coffee dependent and i find it really hard to deal the day without coffee.

Both and continuously throughout the day :lol: :lol.
Coffee seems to make me jittery so I try to limit the amounts I consume to only one cup per day. That being said, I drink lots of fennel tea with agave syrup, green tea with lemon or peppermint tea. Those would be my favorites. During Christmas time I do buy those "Caramel Apple" or "Burned Cinnamon" type of teas just because they smell so festive and pump up the Christmas feeling in the house.

If you ask me, it's a no-brainer. I love coffee. Best drink in the world.
Heart! We will forget him!
You an I, tonight!
You may forget the warmth he gave,
I will forget the light.

When you have done, pray tell me
That I my thoughts may dim;
Haste! lest while you're lagging.
I may remember him!

Caffeine doesn't work on me, but I enjoy the favor of coffee. So I like to drink coffee in the morning when I first wake up, but I tend to enjoy tea as I wind down for the night. I think the aromas are stimulating on their own (plus my own accidental Pavlovian training).
