I can skip breakfast as long as I have a lot of coffee and half & half.

I haven't taken lunch in many weeks. I don't enjoy the meal as the afternoon is my worst time of the day. Maybe I can attribute this to the heavy breakfast I enjoy daily.

I do intermittent fasting, so I don't eat until 10 am every day. So I can easily say it's breakfast for me.

My meal plan is a mess, so when I eat, I always start with breakfast, no matter if the clock shows 5 in the afternoon. I never skip breakfast.

Has to be lunch. I can't skip breakfast because I have a busy schedule that requires me to have a lot of energy. I can't skip dinner because sleep evades me when I'm hungry.

I usually skip breakfast as the mornings are always a rush, I try to eat a bigger lunch and a small dinner, but if I eat breakfast, I would eat a late lunch and sometimes skip dinner then. I only eat when I am hungry or craving something. I don't eat, because it is routine to eat 3-5 meals/snacks during the day.

Lunch would be the meal I would choose to skip out on. Therefore, I prefer having an adequate breakfast and close the day with an appropriate dinner.

I’m having a hard time deciding between lunch and dinner. But it’s definitely not breakfast.

Of any, it's got to be lunch. When I wake up in the morning I have a very consistent routine of sitting down to eat with my first coffee. Almost never break it. As for dinner, I stay up fairly late most nights and if it's not enough I'll be driven to snack or have a third meal anyways. Lunch, I can push off since I'm most busy and distracted in the middle of the day.

I would have to say dinner. I usually have a late lunch and keeps me full. Breakfast is the most important meal for me so I try not to skip it!

The easier one for me to skip is lunch. When we have a crazy day, there is just no way that I can eat lunch. Usually, I will just find myself eating a few snacks throughout the day. The only prerequisite for this would be having had a full breakfast with fruit, oats, yogurt, peanut butter, etc.
