I could skip dinner time and almost skip it for everyday. Breakfast and lunch is important for me, need more energy doing activities and thinking while do something or need more focus.

Since I incorporated intermittent fasting in my daily routine, I could do without breakfast and lunch but I can not sleep without having dinner.

I've been skipping my lunch a lot nowadays because I usually have my breakfast by 11 am. It's a habit which I wanna change so badly so I'm on it!

I need to eat at regular intervals, soI won't fewl goos if I skip a meal. But I suppose perhaps dinner could be skipped. I snack a bit during the day so I am never ravenous at dinner time.

I guess I skip lunch most of the time. I get so busy with work that I don’t look at my watch. It’s really not healthy to skip any meal, so I try to make it a priority, but sometimes life gets in the way lol

Definitely breakfast. I am not a morning person in the slightest, so it usually takes me forever to come fully awake. Coffee is usually enough for me to get through until lunch!
