I tried various Indian sweets this quarantine. Many were a great success some were a fail. I tried milk-cake and it turned out so good that it is a must cook for once a month now.

I have baked Cakes, wholewheat and jaggery as two main ingredients. It turned out pretty good. Also I made cool mango shake to beat the heat.

I recently baked a Lemon Cake because my grandma's lemon trees are just bending over with ripe lemons! I also did potato and cheese danishes for breakfast today.

I've been making lots of desserts. But what I like the most is cinnamon rolls. I learned how to make them without an oven, and it became my favorite thing to cook.

We (Me and my mom) have been baking lots and lots of cakes in the quarantine. We have gained so much confidence in baking that as the lockdown lifted, we started our own small bakery business. 😍

Does marmalade count? My Japanese parents sent up huge boxes of oranges from their home in Tateyama and I didn't know what to do with them all, so marmalade seemed the most obvious solution :P I also made an upside-down cake.
