I love to eat fried snacks when sick but even those won't be suitable for the state of my health, hence, my mom won't allow me to eat those foods.

Light meals. Avoiding red meats or any heavy foods. Even fasting helps I believe.

Most times when I’m sick , I feel nauseous and my taste bud gores sour. My favorite foods don’t even excite me anymore. The only food acceptable to me is pap. A Nigerian knobs of mostly feed to babies under the ages of 2years and above. When I take that I feel better and less nauseous.

If it is stomach related, we have cultural alcholic drinks in some dose, if that is a headache we focus on something of more fluid like , yoghurt and ginger tea.

When I am sick, I like to eat Campbell's soup, Chicken and Stars. I drink tea with lemon and honey. Sometimes a fruit juice popsicle hits the spot.

When I'm sick, I can always stomach proteins like beans, eggs, meat, fish. I also like fruits and tea. But I definitely wouldn't eat starchy or carbs
