I could never get on board with soup! Warm tea is good though. Usually for me it's saltines and a lemon-lime soda!

The one and only thing I love during my sick days, is my bed. I just want to be on my bed for the whole day, with something like, hot soup to have.

I prefer plain boiled chicken soup with whole-wheat bread and lots of lemon tea. Lemon does wonders for me.

Peppered grilled fish with fruit juice. Always my go-to sick food. Helps to clear up my nose and head. Asides that, I'm good with vegetable fish soup.

Any kind of creamy toast and toasted cheese is my go-to. Toast with butter makes me feel better, too.

A good chicken soup is my favourite when sick. That, and chocolate just for the happiness it provides.

I don't have anything specific but I do appreciate some nice hot tea with just the right amount of milk.

When I am feeling pretty sick I usually like a soup of any kind. There is something about a good soup that seems to not only soothe the body but soothes the soul too. If my stomach is upset then I automatically go for chicken noodle though.
