Either my peppermint crisp tart or my potato baked dish!
Both are always a win and always better the next day, although there rarely is any leftovers.

I mostly cook international cuisines. And when I made traditional dishes I always incorporate international flavors. So I guess I am known for my unusual flavors.
Today's me is better than yesterday's me.

Back home, I used to make things like black bean salads, vegetarian chilis, coleslaw, quesadillas. It was a long list. Since moving away and starting my own family, today I am known for lentil soups, palm heart pastel, chili, and mashed potatoes.

The dish that everyone loves to eat when they come around me and snow does. There is a way I cook it that no one else in my family knows how to and that's the secret I will god for all of eternity.

I'm known for cooking noodles. I love it and enjoy it a lot. I mix it with eggs. It is very delicious and I'm the go to person to prepare it.
