Icon Veggie Cookbook

Does anyone know of a good cookbook that specializes in recipes for vegetables? I have one such, but it often uses too many hard-to-get ingredients. And I'd like to expand the collection in any case.

Right now my garden is producing a ton of green beans, and I'm fresh out of ideas.
