Guacamole is my best. It can be served with anything. I am salivating already.

That sounds like a great salad!

I like cucumbers, black olives, broccoli, spinach and lettuce, tomatoes (red and yellow) feta cheese, sunflower seeds and bacon. Either with a little Italian or a little ranch.

Spinach, chicken, cucumbers, sliced almonds, feta cheese, strawberries and creamy poppyseed dressing for the win!

The best salads are ones made with NO LETTUCE. Lettuce is gross, and is a cheap filler.

My favorite is cucumber, cherry tomato, red onion, red pepper, corn and purslane. Top with salt, pepper, olive oil and white wine vinegar.

I love getting creative with salads! Two of my favorites:

1) homemade croutons (pop the bread into the oven with olive oil, salt, and hot pepper), lettuce/rucola, tomatoes, green olives and corn. Season with salt, olive oil and vinegar. You can add canned tuna or stir-fry some chicken and add it in there too to get your proteins, but I normally only make it with greens and have it as a side dish.

2) rice salad (Italian summer classic): boil some rice and let it cool down completely, then add pickled vegetables, corn, boiled egg and mayo. It's super refreshing during summer.

Do you like salads too?

What salads do you most prefer?
I love mixing tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli and red onion. I actually prefer salads without lettuce :D

I've received many comments from family and friends for this, but I do really enjoy just eating fruits and vegetables by themselves. No dressing, nothing. Boil up some broccoli and okra, I'll eat eat. Just spinach and grape tomatoes? Sure.

Dressings have just never done anything for me.

I love a creamy Caesar salad and even pasta salads although I don’t usually make them.

In the summer, a local restaurant has a strawberry chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It is so good. They use spring mix lettuce, fresh strawberries, and grilled chicken.

I had a kale salad once and it blew my mind. I have heard good things about kale but didn't try it until I accidentally ate this salad. Since then kale salad has been my go-to dish.

It's got to be coleslaw. Freshly cut cucumbers, carrot and a bit of salad cream. It always hits the right spot everytime.

My best favorite salad is full of fruits, mango, apple, kiwi, orange, strawberry, graphe, melon, or with fresh lettuce, cabbage, cheese, thousand island.

Yes, I love salads. I prepare my salad with cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, onions, sweetcorn, sometimes I add apples or cucumbers, and mayo.
