These are delicious. I love the variety in them and having them as a snack is the perfect way to enjoy with a book.

I have eaten many kinds of samosas, one secret tip is to eat them with tamarind sauce and you will absolutely love it.

Samosas are a street food staple in my country- They have evolved so much.
Did you know there are sweet samosas as well? crispy, deep fried hot pastry filled with fragrant sweet halwa of any kind... It is delicious:)

I can't be the only one that thinks that mimosas actually tastes better in a public ceremony lol. Especially with small chops.

Grew up eating them. This qurantine I learnt how to make them. First try was a disaster but luckily I got better.
