Creme Caramel, the first time I made it went well. The second time was an epic fail.

I tried making croissants and they had this weird shape and texture. Tasted fine though

My husband and I tried to bbq some beef ribs but we definitely did not do it right. They were so tough and chewy. We learned from friends that it is best to slow cook beef ribs in the oven, and then put them on the BBQ for the end of the cooking time with sauce. They turned out so much better! They were tender, and the meat practically fell off of the bones. Yum!

I recently tried making banana chocolate mug cake with no recipe, just ingredients and audacity. It turned out very badly 😂
