My favourite thing: the delicious end.
Least favourite: mixing and kneading.

I love the smell that engulfs and surrounds me when I bake but those damned dishes!!
Why can't they just wash themselves?

I love baking, and my favorite thing comes to baking is, looking into the oven class to look at my cake when it starts baking ,it will pluff like a baloon and recording it in a slow motion camera, and after when i am free looking into it feel awwwww :P

My least favorite thing is when the oven is too hot and the goodies burn or cook too much and of course the mess of preparation!
:ditto: The smell of the kitchen brings back fond childhood memories for me so that's the best part. I tend to have my fair share of baking disasters where I end up with nothing to eat and a whole lot to clean up!

My least favourite thing about baking is how much is out of your control. After mixing all the ingredients and doing all the prep , it goes in the oven. If something's wrong with the temperature regulator or the oven is just not as hot , it can create some big problems. My favourite thing about baking is definitely eating everything afterwards

My least favorite part of baking would have to be the absolute mess that is created from the entire process.

I hate mixing all the powdered ingredients for, we don't have a mixer; it’s really exhilarating. However, when it’s already done, the taste and the aroma says it all, which summarizes the thing I love in baking.

I love the part when you looks into the oven and see the actual baking happen but I hate the cleaning after baking part.

My favorite things to bake include, but are not limited to:

Rhubarb or fresh cherry pie from an old family recipe made with scratch pie crust and fresh rhubarb.
Authentic St. Louis gooey or deep butter cake is an iconic dessert.
Homemade pasta dishes such as vegetarian lasagna, cannelloni, and penne pasta dishes.
A wide range of quiche dishes especially with unusual vegetables.
Home-baked pieces of bread, muffins, and biscuits.
Vegetarian casseroles.
I don’t have time to bake as often as I would like, but those are some of my favorite things.

Unfortunately, some of the items contain way too much sugar, but they make wonderful special event treats.

Best wishes to all.

My favorite thing about baking is how therapeutic it is. I tend to unwind a lot. My least favorite thing about it has to be how tiresome it gets when cleaning up. But it is a relaxing hobby.

My favorite thing about baking is either stirring the batter or the aroma that comes with the batter, and my least favorite thing is setting the timer.

I like baking as it's fun to create something and especially when you have to decorate it. It is a bit of an escape from the normal routine. The horrible part is tidying up and washing up all the bowls and dishes afterwards.

There's no doubt that knowing how to cook is terrific as you can do whatever you want whenever you want. The only downside is that it's very time-consuming.
