Do you believe in eating healthy and still manage to make super tasty meals?

If so what are some of your best dishes?

Hi! As a mom and a wife, I am always looking for healthy meals for my family. I am big into cooking, and I prefer to serve well rounded meals.

A big hit in our house is very simple. Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked with lemon pepper seasoning and olive oil on a skillet.
I also cook a vegetable in a separate skillet with olive oil (usually broccoli, cauliflower, or carrots with salt and pepper)
AND thin-sliced sweet potatoes, covered in olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan on a cookie sheet, in the oven at 425F until they are crispy. They turn out like chips and are very healthy/tasty :)

Oats crepe. Grind a little oats, add water and salt to it and cook it over a pan.

Yeah,of course. It was salad. I try to eat properly. I lost a little weight during quarantine last spring. I think it's because I had more time and I was more attentive to my nutrition. But at the end of the summer I returned to my usual way of life, so I gained 4 kg. But now I plan to monitor my diet again. I liked my body last summer, I want it back. But it’s difficult when your family continuing eating cakes, burgers, pasta and you just look at that and think “I want it too”.

Broccoli. Add some sesame oil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and ginger. Heat on the stove or in the microwave for just a few minutes. You want it tender, but don't kill it.
